Manage regional defaults, departments, teams, and the working week.
Lebanon office defaults
Company settings include Lebanon, Asia/Beirut, a base reporting currency of LBP, USD, or EUR, address, email, and phone. The language field stores a preference for future localization; the current interface is in English and stays in light mode.
Working week
Select at least one working day and enter a start and end time. The current schedule supports a workday that ends after it starts on the same day. Overnight shifts are not supported yet. This schedule provides the foundation for future attendance and leave workflows.
Departments and teams
- Add a department with a name and optional unique code.
- Add a team, optionally associate it with a department, and choose an employee as lead.
- Open an employee profile to assign its department, reporting manager, and teams.
Changing the reporting currency
The company base currency identifies the reporting unit. Additional transaction currencies and exchange rates belong to Accounting. Changing the base currency does not convert historical amounts; full posting and revaluation workflows are planned.
